Ongoing activities of ISS-BULGARIA

• Support in solving transnational social problems of Bulgarian citizens, mostly children, who, due to different reasons, are in a third country and who need a coordinated intervention in at least two countries, one of them being Bulgaria.
  Cases are related to: trafficking; Issues with exercising parental rights when the child is held by one of the parents in another country; Child abuse in the host country…
• Develop and manage social services for children and families;
• Assist professionals, who are working for the social integration of children and youths.
• Assist local authorities in the development and realization of a municipal social policy regarding different groups at risk of the population.
