provide information and advice on formal requirements and procedures related to citizenship and nationality.

PRISONER

facilitate contacts between prisoners and their families, provide updates and other information to families, obtain social reports on the prisoner's families in order to determine their ability to support the prisoner upon release as well as provide assistance with probation services.

UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN AND MINORS

provide information about the situation of the unaccompanied child in a third country as well as information about his/her family in Bulgaria. Support the preparation for a return to the family or alternative placements if necessary.

VICTIMS OF CRIME

provide support and assistance to victims of crimes or their relatives in terms of searching and obtaining financial compensations as for the damages of the crime.
